Who we are

The aim of the Strategic Planning Team is to lead CCEP’s future Network Planning Strategy applying global standards to service customers at the right cost in a sustainable way.

Job Purpose

We are looking for someone who can act as a key link between the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and Network Senior Managers, combining strong technical expertise in network modelling with solid analytical skills. In this role, you will leverage processes, technology, and data to perform network design analysis for CCEP, with a focus on optimising the overall end-to-end Cost-to-Serve for the long term. Additionally, you will play an important role in developing efficient, standardised processes with a strong focus on data automation and the best use of technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strong understanding of CCEP’s data landscape, including Data Guru and Supply Chain Guru, creating, enhancing, or maintaining data models to meet business needs.
  • Use Supply Chain Guru to design and assess network scenarios that optimise cost, service, and capacity.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations.
  • Develop and run end-to-end supply chain optimisation scenarios (make, move, store, and deliver) aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to global Strategic Planning standards by creating scalable models, best practices, and training materials.

Key Stakeholders (internal and external)

Internal: Network Optimisation Senior Managers, Senior Manager Supply Chain Transformation.
External: Planning and Commercialisation teams, Manufacturing Directors and Managers, Logistic Managers, Engineering Leads, Supply Chain Finance, Planning CoE, S&OP Leads, Risk Management, Coupa.

Required Experience

  • 2–3 years’ experience in supply chain planning and/or key functions such as logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain finance or execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain discipline, or equivalent professional education with additional relevant qualifications.
  • Broad understanding of supply chain functions and visibility across end-to-end processes.
  • International experience, ideally with interaction and exposure to Western European markets.

Functional technical skills required

  • Experience with planning software tools - Data Guru, Supply Chain Guru preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and Excel skills.
  • Data modelling and visualisation tools knowledge (such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot).
  • Integrated Supply Chain Understanding (network optimisation, planning, inventory management).

  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative and analytical mindset, able to identify challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into clear conclusions and actionable improvements.
  • A collaborative approach, working effectively with different functions involved in network projects.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to standardise processes and ensure they are sustained over time.
