As part of this internship, you will help improve the quality assurance process for widely used tools and platforms. Your assignment

You will work on developing and executing a testing strategy for End User Services products. This includes manual and automated testing, defect reporting, and supporting acceptance testing for new features. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop a quality assurance testing approach for multiple products and services.
  • Execute manual acceptance test cases across different platforms.
  • Automate test cases where possible to improve efficiency.
  • Document defects, usability issues, and edge cases clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with product owners and teams to validate new releases.
  • Provide feedback to improve user experience and product reliability.

This is a bachelor or master’s internship for a minimum of 6 months, 3-5 days per week (with at least 3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is February 2026.

Your profile

To be suitable for the internship, you:

  • Are pursuing a master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Have a basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Are analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Communicate effectively and work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Are proactive and capable of working independently when needed.

Other requirements you need to meet:

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation explaining why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular.
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. If you are currently living or studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter should include your willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen studying in the Netherlands, your university must be willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
