Retail Commercial Internship

Join the Retail Commercial Development team and support the execution of Rituals’ global retail strategy by working cross-functionally to bring commercial plans to life in stores worldwide.

Throughout your internship, you’ll collaborate with passionate colleagues across Retail, Marketing, and other departments, gaining hands-on experience in project management, commercial thinking, and stakeholder management. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that encourages initiative and gives you the space to learn, grow, and build valuable skills for your future.

What you’ll do

• Assist in developing Commercial Cycle briefings and calendars for all markets
• Support the Mystery Shopper program and help translate results into actionable insights
• Contribute to our projects (for example: Holiday Season and Commercial Store Challenges)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive operational excellence and deliver best-in-class customer experiences

Internships are located in Amsterdam, at our Central Head Office. We are looking for interns for 32-40 hours a week, from the 1st of February 2026 for 6 months.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently studying in HBO/WO education in Communication, Business Administration, Hotel Management, Marketing, Branding, Economics, or related fields. *Please note we can only accept applications from candidates who are actively enrolled in their study for the entire duration of the internship.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• You are pro-active, independent, inquisitive and solution-oriented
• Good skills: planning, organization, and multitasking
• You can work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
