Join our Innovation team and lead the way in developing data-driven volume projections and performance insights that fuel Rituals’ product success. As the Sr. Product Analytics Manager, you will ensure our innovation process is guided by accurate data, actionable insights, and efficient decision-making.

You will work cross-functionally with Category Management, Sourcing, and S&OP teams to create reliable product forecasts, analyze launch performance, and continuously optimize processes. Your work will directly impact how we plan, evaluate, and refine new product launches, helping Rituals deliver meaningful, high-quality innovations to the market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own and develop volume projections (P2 Calculations): Collaborate with Category Managers to create precise volume projections, ensuring assumptions are well-documented and effectively communicated to Sourcing and S&OP teams.
  • Monitor performance and optimize outcomes: Analyze the success of product launches versus objectives, identify improvement areas, and deliver recommendations for future innovations.
  • Manage ad-hoc analytical requests: Streamline and execute ad-hoc analyses, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Drive process optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance data analysis workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent data quality.
  • Engage stakeholders: Build strong partnerships across teams, aligning expectations and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Analytics Manager who combines analytical excellence with a proactive, collaborative mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance strategic and hands-on work, and are passionate about turning insights into impact.

Your experience and skills

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and several years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or business intelligence, in FMCG or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and create clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate numbers into stories that drive business decisions.
  • Expertise with analytical tools such as Excel and data visualization platforms.
  • A structured, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Availability to work 80% from our Amsterdam office (typically four days a week) and 20% from home.
