Join our Innovation team and lead the way in developing data-driven volume projections and performance insights that fuel Rituals’ product success. As the Sr. Product Analytics Manager, you will ensure our innovation process is guided by accurate data, actionable insights, and efficient decision-making.
You will work cross-functionally with Category Management, Sourcing, and S&OP teams to create reliable product forecasts, analyze launch performance, and continuously optimize processes. Your work will directly impact how we plan, evaluate, and refine new product launches, helping Rituals deliver meaningful, high-quality innovations to the market.

Availability to work 80% from our Amsterdam office (typically four days a week) and 20% from home.
