About the role:

As Digital Experience Analytics Manager, you will collect, analyze, and interpret 1st-party data to improve customer engagement, retention, and growth. Use data insights to support decision-making and guide strategies. Help shape both short-term and long-term plans, optimize user engagement, and improve the results of CRM, social media, and app campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Insights: Analyze app, CRM, and social media data to find ways to improve user retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Basic Analytics: Use tools like predictive models and cohort analysis to identify trends and help make better decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with teams like product, marketing, and customer experience to make sure data supports business goals.
  • App & CRM Metrics: Set up systems to measure campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI. Help improve CRM campaigns and app features using data, focusing on key metrics like retention, customer lifetime value (LTV), churn, and user acquisition costs.
  • Reports & Tracking: Create easy-to-understand reports for leadership to track how CRM campaigns, app features, and retention strategies are performing. Keep an eye on important metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep up with new tools, methods, and trends in data analysis. Look for technologies and ideas that can improve customer insights, CRM processes, and app performance.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Min 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related data-driven marketing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage statistical models, with a focus on improving customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Proven track record of using data insights to drive business decisions, particularly in optimising CRM systems and improving customer engagement and value.
  • Proficient understanding of GDPR and consent management within marketing analytics, ensuring compliance while maximising data utility.
  • Strong experience with SQL and Python, used specifically for the analysis, visualisation, and interpretation of complex datasets in a CRM context.
  • Enabling detailed data exploration and generating sophisticated, actionable insights
