We’re looking for a structured and solution-oriented Analytics Engineer to join our Tech & Data team. Someone who gets excited about building reliable, scalable data infrastructure and unlocking insights that drive smarter decisions across the company.

The impact you’ll make

- You’ll help prepare Parfumado for future growth by laying a rock-solid data foundation
What you’ll do
- Maintain and develop our data architecture to ensure reliability and performance
- Design and optimise scalable data models in Snowflake and dbt
- Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Fivetran or custom Python code
- Translate business questions into practical data solutions and insightful dashboards
- Monitor data quality and proactively fix issues before they impact teams
- Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to connect data needs to solutions
- Support a data-driven culture by improving documentation and making data more accessible

What you bring
Here’s what we’re looking for in our new Analytics Engineer:
- 4–6 years professional experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data warehouse design
- Hands-on coding experience in Python (or similar) for building pipelines
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran
- Experience working with dashboard tools (we use Tableau)
- Pragmatic and structured mindset, able to balance speed with reliability
- Ownership mentality; you thrive in a lean and fast-paced environment
Bonus if you also bring:
- Experience with cloud-based functions (e.g. Azure Functions or similar)
- Background in e-commerce, DTC or subscription-based businesses
- Understanding of recommender systems and monitoring pipeline health
