We invite you to explore more about the Operations Excellence Program (OEP) at a virtual event on November 26, 2025.

Our OEP is designed to build the expertise of new joiners and those in the early stages of their careers through apprenticeship and training in one of our capabilities: Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Product Development & Procurement, Capital Excellence or Service Operations.

We welcome applications from individuals in the early stages of their careers, based in Europe, who:

• Are working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Have gained their first professional experience in an area of operations (capital excellence, manufacturing, product development, procurement, supply chain management or service operations) through an internship or full-time position

• Learn more about the Operations Excellence Program, the benefits and how to apply
• Network with our operations consultants and hear their personal experience
