What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager for Payments & Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring TicketSwap runs like a well-oiled machine, both financially and operationally. You’ll work on the systems and flows that power payments, payouts, refunds, and customer support operations. This includes the checkout experience for buyers, the KYC flow and payouts for sellers. Your work will directly impact how millions of fans buy and sell tickets safely, and how efficiently we operate as a global marketplace.
Your key responsibilities:
- Drive the cross functional roadmap and OKR process, shaping the long-term strategy for payments and operations systems.
- Own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, within the Payments & Operations domain.
- Partner with the Finance team and our Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to optimize and scale our payment, payout, and refund processes.
- Improve and help automate internal tools and workflows that help Customer Experience teams deliver fast, reliable support.
- Ensure operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, automating manual processes, leveraging AI where it adds real value, and reducing errors.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Data Analysts, and your Engineering Manager to align on priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
- Use data to make informed decisions, define KPIs, and measure the success of your initiatives.
- Balance business goals with compliance, financial accuracy, and fan trust.
- Communicate clearly and confidently across teams, presenting updates and learnings to the wider company.
About You

- Experience working with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) or payment infrastructure is a plus.
- A solid understanding of financial processes such as payments, refunds, and compliance.
- A strong interest in improving internal operations and workflows, potentially leveraging AI, that support customer experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You can bridge business, technical, and operational needs.
- A data-informed mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- A proactive, curious attitude and a drive to continuously improve how things work.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once.
- A bias for action: you love turning ideas into tangible impact.
- You are based in The Netherlands, are an EU resident, or have an existing visa to work here. A relocation package is not provided.
Why You’ll Love It Here
- Join a passionate, international team of music and event lovers.
