We are looking for a Program Coordinator to play a central role in our strategic transformation initiative, known as Spring.

The Spring Program is focused on replacing the legacy ERP system, that brings together multiple interdependent projects and product streams under one strategic roadmap. Its purpose is to create clarity in scope, align priorities, and ensure the successful execution replacement of the ERP system, to enable our future Kramp Strategy. This is a complex, high-impact program that requires strong coordination, structured communication, and the ability to bring people together. That’s where you come in.

As Program Coordinator, you will act as the operational backbone of the program. You will collaborate closely with the Director Digital Transformation, Program Manager, Change Manager, and senior stakeholders across the business. You will be responsible for maintaining program governance structures, managing program documentation and reporting cycles, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving effective communication across the organization. You will also play a key role in supporting change management initiatives and fostering a positive and engaged program culture.

This is an exceptional opportunity to influence a major strategic transformation and gain exposure across a diverse international IT environment.

Your role

  • Drive program governance: maintain program plans, decision logs, risks, issues, and steering committee materials.

  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: ensure milestones are tracked, dependencies are clear, and actions are followed up.

  • Lead structured meeting support: plan governance meetings and program workshops, prepare agendas, facilitate sessions, document outcomes, and ensure progress continuity.

  • Manage stakeholder engagement: maintain stakeholder maps, conduct pulse checks and analyse outcomes, and ensure alignment across teams.

  • Own program communication: create clear, engaging updates across multiple channels (newsletters, dashboards, internal events).

  • Support change management: help ensure new processes and ways of working are understood and adopted across departments.

  • Shape team culture: organize on/off-site team sessions and learning moments to keep energy, collaboration, and motivation high.

You’ll be part of the Program Core Team and contribute directly to strategic discussions and decision-making processes.

Who are you?

You are a structured and people-oriented coordinator who thrives in dynamic environments. You bring clarity and energy in complex situations. You connect teams, guide communication, and enjoy building an environment where progress and collaboration go hand-in-hand.

You also bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in Program Coordination, PMO, Project Management, or a similar role.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast-paced, complex environments.

  • Experience in program communication and supporting change initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with senior leadership.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

  • Experience working in international or cross-cultural team environments.

  • Availability of 32–40 hours per week; work locations are Varsseveld (at least twice a week) and Utrecht.

If you are motivated by connecting people, building structure, driving clarity, and supporting impactful transformation, we would love to meet you.

What do we offer?

You will work in the Technology team which consist of approximately 280 people with different backgrounds and expertise but who share the drive and ambition to bring Kramp’s IT systems to the next level.

Besides your competitive monthly salary, we also offer:

  • Profit sharing bonus

  • 37 vacation days a year

  • Great budget for training and courses

  • Flexible working and working from home allowance

  • Laptop and phone

  • Generous pension scheme
