To support our heat business, we are looking for an experienced digital product manager with experience in designing and developing digital channels and solutions.

What you’ll do

As a Product Manager for Heat & Assets, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and scaling digital solutions that empower our Heat business. You will collaborate closely with designers, front and backend developers, data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to build robust, scalable digital solutions while ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Product Vision & Strategy – Define and drive Eneco’s digital product vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute a clear product roadmap.
• Leadership & Growth – Lead a multidisciplinary team, foster innovation, and mentor junior members for professional development.
• Data-Driven Execution – Leverage data and continuous discovery to inform decisions, validate solutions, and enhance product success.
• End-to-End Product Ownership – Ensure product quality, user experience, and strategic decisions on features, design, and content.
• Delivery Excellence – Ensure efficient operations and high-quality outcomes within your team.
• Discovery & Innovation – Use data-driven insights to prioritize impactful solutions.
• Scrum and Agile Leadership – Facilitate agile rituals to enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Stakeholder Management – Build alignment and strong relationships across teams.
• Roadmap & OKRs – Develop and align the product roadmap with team and company goals.

Is this about you?

• 7+ years of product management experience in digital product development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance and prioritize diverse needs across the business.
• A strong track record in delivering results in complex and changing environments.
• Ability to define and drive a digital product vision & strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• A skilled and always curious product leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering impactful solutions at scale.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adjust to different ways of working.

What we have to offer

Gross annual salary between €80.000 and €100.000

Including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role a bonus or collective profit sharing. Have it paid out, use it to buy extra holiday days or save it up for something nice, it's up to you.

Hybrid working: home, office or abroad

Work 40% at the office, 40% from home, and 20% flexibly. With manager approval, you may work abroad (within approved countries) up to 3 weeks/year, max 2 consecutively.
