About the job
The Product Manager – ESG will be responsible for driving the roadmap, designing, marketing, and reviewing the development of the Enablon ESG software products, including their positioning and packaging. This role requires knowledge of software development processes (such as Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework), current ESG industry challenges and trends, approaches to management and execution of ESG programs, best practices, continuous improvement and innovation, and product management best practices to ensure the Product team efficiently identifies, prioritizes, specifies, and delivers product improvements that meet market needs.
The role involves working with a development team on software release management, including short- and long-term software roadmap and requirement specification development, product marketing, pre- and post-sales enablement and support, technical analysis, application design, and configuration management. You will interact with clients, prospects, partners, business users, solutions engineering teams, professional services, program managers, and software developers, and be responsible for maximizing the revenue generated from the product portfolio.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, IT, or Business Risk preferred. Master’s degree in any of these areas is desirable.
