As Head of Strategic Portfolio Steering & Benefits Realization, you will report to the CEO domain and lead a team responsible for ensuring that project investments align with our strategic priorities. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Run the annual CTC processes, ensuring project spend aligns with CEO and board strategy

• Investment Prioritization: Prioritize available change budgets and ensure sufficient business case quality

• Quality Assurance: Act as first quality gate for new project submissions, evaluating strategic fit and business case quality

• Benefits Tracking: Run quarterly business reviews to track project benefits against objectives and key results (OKRs)

• Budget Management: Coordinate bi-annual budget release cycles and perform controlling on project costs

• Strategic Alignment: Support board members in refining budget requests and preparing documentation for decision-making

• Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and develop junior team members

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, or business transformation
• Hands-on experience in business case development, benefits tracking, and financial analysis
• Strong exposure to executive communications and facilitating senior-level decision-making processes
• Project-based work experience with OKR frameworks and benefits realization methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field required
• MBA or Executive Master's degree is a plus
• Training in portfolio management or strategic analysis is advantageous
• Proficiency in English is essential
