Join Leadinfo as Head of Product

As our Head of Product, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy across our core platform and new product lines.

Leadinfo is growing fast. We’re expanding our product offering, scaling our teams, and preparing to move from a single-product company to a multi-product platform. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead the way.

As our Head of Product, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy across our core platform and new product lines. You’ll work closely with the CEO and lead our Product, Design, and Delivery teams to build solutions that thousands of SMBs and B2B agencies love.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full product strategy and roadmap across all Leadinfo offerings;
  • Build and lead a high-performing product team, including Product Managers, Product Designers, and Product Owners;
  • Drive multi-product development—from vision to launch to iteration;
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful delivery and adoption;
  • Align stakeholders around product priorities using clear, data-backed reasoning;
  • Deeply understand our users (especially SMBs and agencies) to build products that solve real problems;
  • Implement processes and frameworks that improve speed, quality, and alignment across teams;
  • Help Leadinfo scale from €20M to €50M ARR, including identifying cross-sell opportunities with other companies in the team.blue portfolio;

What you'll bring:

  • 7–10 years of experience in product management, product design, and/or product delivery;
  • Proven experience in SaaS and multi-product environments;
  • Strong leadership skills—you know how to build, mentor, and scale product teams;
  • Track record of launching and growing B2B products, ideally for SMBs or digital agencies;
  • Strategic mindset, hands-on execution—you're just as comfortable whiteboarding a product vision as you are jumping into a backlog grooming session;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • You’re based in (or near) Rotterdam. We work hybrid, but believe in regular face-to-face collaboration.
