Shape the Future of Animal Nutrition & Health as an FP&A Analyst

Build the financial backbone of a business in transformation.

At dsm-firmenich Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH), we’re preparing for something big: the carve-out of ANH towards a new ownership structure. Ownership details are still being finalized, but one thing’s clear — this is a rare chance to help shape a future-ready business from the inside out.

Are you passionate about financial performance and eager to make an impact in a dynamic, purpose-driven organization? We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing and managing the full Profit & Loss (P&L), delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making and business performance. You will collaborate closely with senior finance and business stakeholders in a multinational environment.

Your key responsibilities

  • Analyse the P&L and Balance Sheet, identifying key drivers of performance and variances.
  • Support monthly reporting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting.

We offer

  • Unique career paths across Animal Nutrition & Health - explore what drives you and get the support to make it happen
  • A science-led company, cutting edge research and creativity everywhere – from biotech breakthroughs to sustainability game-changers, you’ll work on what’s next
  • Growth that keeps up with you – you join an industry leader that will develop your expertise and leadership
  • A culture that lifts you up – with collaborative teams, shared wins, and people who cheer each other on.
  • Customer-first approach, turning ideas into impactful solutions

You bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, cash management, or OPEX control
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (Power BI dashboard creation or SAP experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
