Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Manager to join our Global Revenue Consolidation & Reporting team within Customer, Revenue & Tech Finance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Revenue Finance, this is a critical role focused on delivering high-quality financial insights and supporting senior stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

Planning & Forecasting

  • Support quarterly guidance, annual budget, and long-term modelling processes in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Global Revenue Consolidation & Reporting
  • Consolidate global revenue forecasts and results, incorporating commentary from regional teams and xScale FP&A
  • Track and report progress throughout planning cycles

Reporting & Analysis

  • Drive executive-level reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making, including Guidance & Annual Budget deck, WD10 revenue and quarterly updates for CRT leadership
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly flux and flash reporting to Corporate FP&A and CRT leadership
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide timely, actionable insights for business reviews and strategic initiatives
  • Challenge regional assumptions and share global insights to improve accuracy and consistency

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong partnerships with the VP of CR Finance, Regional Finance teams, Commercial Finance, Corporate FP&A, and business leaders to gather inputs, communicate results & ranges, resolve issues, and enhance processes
  • Deliver clear, concise presentations of multiple financial scenarios and outcomes, tailored for senior leadership decision-making

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity
  • Support automation initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve reporting accuracy
  • Champion best practices in financial modelling and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Proven years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a multinational or tech-driven environment
  • Proven expertise in management reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Advanced financial modelling skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion)
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Agile mindset with a high say-do ratio, creative thinking, and results orientation
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and change
