We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join our amazing Talent Acquisition Team in Amsterdam!

What you'll do

  • Be in charge of recruiting interns for TomTom in Western Europe, using job postings as well as establishing contacts with universities.
  • Connect with both hiring managers and candidates and offer them the best recruitment experience possible.
  • Be in charge of presenting internship opportunities and TomTom in student visit events.
  • Organize internal and external events for your fellow interns.

What you'll need

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, organisational psychology or any other related field.
  • You are either an EU citizen AND are enrolled in a Dutch university - if non EU, your university has to provide us with a Nuffic Agreement (or internship agreement).
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are detail-oriented, with great organizational and planning skills.
  • You are a good team player, while being able to work independently.
  • You are able to manage multiple projects at the same time and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are curious and eager to learn.
  • You have great communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Having an interest in Tech is a plus.

Internship benefits

  • Six-month internship contract.
