Description of assignment

This internship is your chance to explore how Talent Management drives impact across an international business. You’ll collaborate closely with our Global Talent Management Team, gaining hands-on experience and insights into how we support and grow our people worldwide. You won’t just be observing, you’ll be contributing—helping roll out key processes and shaping how we communicate them. Your voice and ideas will matter. We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and excited to learn in a space where inclusion, innovation, and growth are part of the everyday.

Department description

You will be working as part of the Enabling Function Talent, Talent Acquisition and Learning (TTL), specifically with the Talent Management team. During this internship, you will especially connect with other HR colleagues globally.

Tasks/responsibilities

You’ll help improve and bring to life key talent processes, such as employee experience, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development. Your work will include hands-on tasks and project support, especially around communication and project coordination.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Create meaningful communication for diverse initiatives (like employee engagement), ensuring messages land well across different audiences.
  • Use data and feedback to help us understand what’s working and where we can improve.
  • Collaborate on action plans with project teams and help drive follow-up to keep things moving.
  • Join cross-functional projects with other departments, expanding your perspective and network.

This internship is more than just a learning experience—it’s a chance to grow, connect, and contribute. You’ll gain insights into global HR practices, build valuable skills, and create a network that can support your future career journey.

Your profile

  • Communicates with clarity and impact (verbal and in writing)
  • Comfortable and confident with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Technology
  • Skilled in working with data: from gathering and analysing, to presenting insights clearly (especially using Excel)
  • Thrives in dynamic environments: able to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Builds genuine connections across roles, teams, and cultures, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding
  • Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
  • Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands.
