About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) for our service-oriented departments, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that we attract the right talent for Redcare Pharmacy. In this diverse role, you ensure that we are perceived as an attractive employer for highly qualified professionals and that the application process is carried out professionally, transparently, and with respect.

About Your Tasks:

  • You take responsibility for the entire recruitment process in the areas of Pharma and Customer Service and maintain close contact with applicants.
  • You guide candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • You enjoy using recruiting analytics to support processes and data-based decision-making.
  • You actively contribute to sourcing as well as to recruiting and employer branding initiatives, effectively targeting the right audiences.

About You:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • You bring 1–3 years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in a high volume environment.
  • You are confident in approaching candidates, familiar with modern recruiting tools, and skilled at identifying and engaging talent.
  • You enjoy working with data and use recruiting analytics to support decision-making and improve processes.
  • You communicate fluently and confidently, both in writing and verbally in English. Preferably, you do also speak Dutch or German.
