As our Global Talent & Leadership Partner, you will play a central role in ensuring our people and leaders are prepared for the challenges of tomorrow. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, TA & Learning, you will work closely with senior business leaders and HR to identify and accelerate key talent, strengthen succession pipelines, and ensure leadership readiness for the future. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on shaping the next generation of global leaders.
Your responsibilities
- Turn our talent strategy into global initiatives that grow leadership strength and build future-ready pipelines.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to embed effective succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership programs.
- Shape global talent frameworks, guiding high-potential development and leadership transitions.
- Use insights and analytics to highlight opportunities and risks, making talent discussions more impactful.
- Continuously innovate and apply inclusive approaches to talent identification and development, evolving frameworks, tools, and practices to meet future organizational needs.
- Act as a trusted partner for senior leaders and HR colleagues, influencing how we shape the next generation of leaders.
Your profile
- Proven experience in global talent management and leadership development.
- Strong track record in designing and implementing scalable talent processes and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to turn complex talent and succession data into clear strategic insights that drive executive decision-making.
- Excellent influencing and relationship skills, with credibility to engage at the highest leadership levels.
- Collaborative mindset with deep experience working across multiple HR disciplines.
- Innovative, future-focused, and passionate about building inclusive leadership pipelines.
This position has no direct reports but sits at the heart of our global talent team, collaborating with Talent Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning experts, and senior stakeholders worldwide. In this role, you will not only enable leadership readiness today, but also shape the leaders of tomorrow.
