Leadership, Culture and DEI at Versuni

About the role:

The Culture, Leadership and DEI Lead is responsible for strengthening the Versuni culture in line with the purpose, strategy and winning behaviours and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Culture, Leadership & Engagement

  • Developing a global culture & engagement strategy and roadmap in line with the Versuni purpose, winning behaviours and our VCP.
  • Drive the Employee Engagement yearly cycle, ensure we measure engagement, define the focus areas at global and local level, and drive the engagement improvement plans.
  • Drive the Global Employee Engagement calendar and foster a positive and inclusive work environment to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Drive/Support the roll out of global leadership programs such as Breakthrough.
  • Ensure the Versuni Winning Behaviours are effectively cascaded.
  • Provide input for the biweekly Leadership calls supporting employee engagement and the strengthening of the Versuni culture.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • Develop and implement the Versuni DEI global strategy in line with our Versuni Sustainability strategy.
  • Based on the DEI strategy, develop tools, trainings etc.
  • Create a community of DEI ambassadors, creating excitement, sharing tools and best practices.

KPI's

  • Cascade Winning behaviours to all white collars by Q3. In pulse survey >75% have Versuni Winning behaviours familiarity.
  • Rollout 2 x 48hr Breakthrough sessions by Q2 with Score >8
  • Develop & implement DEI strategy by Q3
  • Best Place to Work in all VCP Countries by 2027
  • Attrition below average market attrition
  • Q12 Engagement > 80% by 2027

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • +10 years of relevant experience in culture, leadership development, engagement and inclusion and diversity,
  • Proven track record in driving engagement to become a best Place to Work.
  • Project management skills, change management skill and deep knowledge of culture, leadership, engagement and DEI.
  • Preferably an advanced degree in Business, Human Resources or Psychology
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, listening skills
