As our DEI Manager, you will be the strategic force behind embedding DEI into every aspect of our organization, from employee experience to leadership development. Reporting to the CHRO, you will have a direct impact on shaping an inclusive culture, influencing senior leadership, and designing programs that create real change on a global scale.
You will drive the DEI agenda by analyzing trends, anticipating future challenges, and leveraging data-driven insights to develop and implement transformative programs. Partnering with leaders across functions, you will ensure DEI is at the core of our company culture and decision-making.
Your responsibilities
Develop & execute strategy – Design and implement a global DEI strategy (including short- and long-term goals) that aligns with business objectives and fosters an inclusive culture.
Embed DEI into key processes – Integrate DEI into recruitment, talent development, and performance management, ensuring fair and equitable opportunities at every stage.
Program Development and Management – Develop and implement programs, workshops, and training sessions that enhance cultural competency, promote diverse hiring and career development, and eliminate bias to foster equity across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Data Analysis & reporting – Collect, analyze, and report on DEI metrics to measure effectiveness and identify gaps, using these insights to drive enhancements in DEI data collection to achieve quantifiable outcomes.
Foster Partnerships and Ensure Compliance – Collaborate with HR COEs, Legal, and business leaders to develop policies and programs that promote an inclusive culture, address systemic barriers to equity, and align with DEI-related legislation and regulations. Work closely with regional and functional leaders to tailor initiatives that balance local needs with a global vision.
Champion Change & Influence Stakeholders – Manage internal and external DEI communications, ensure compliance with DEI laws, and advise leaders on best practices. Champion DEI initiatives and foster accountability, supporting leaders in developing their DEI skills.
Your profile
15 years of professional experience, including 7-10 years specializing in DEI strategy development, organizational development, and/or human resources.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a multinational organization.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing DEI initiatives, with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and influence leaders at all levels to prioritize DEI efforts.
Excellent ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable plans.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse groups.
Experience in training design and facilitation is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 7,100 to € 9,800 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale. On top of your fixed salary you’ll receive the following secondary benefits:
