Your impact at MUFG

Join our dynamic team at IT Department of MUFG MBE (Amsterdam) as a Working Student who will mainly be working with Project Managers and Technical Delivery Managers.

This role is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to IT project environment and project management processes.

The role includes the following:

• Create and format project documents using Microsoft Word (e.g., meeting minutes, status reports, templates)
• Build and maintain Excel trackers for project timelines, resource allocation, and task lists
• Assist in preparing presentations and project summaries
• Help consolidate data and generate reports for project status updates
• Maintain project folders and version control of documents
• Assist with basic analysis and formatting of project metrics

In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:

Skills and experience:

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student with interest in or affinity with IT and Project Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, tables, formatting), Word (professional document formatting) and Microsoft Windows
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in IT projects and project coordination
