We are looking for a IT Project Manager who will help enabling Kiwa’s digital transformation and integration initiatives. Overview:

The IT Project Manager plays a key role in enabling Kiwa’s digital transformation and integration initiatives by managing end-to-end project lifecycles across global business units. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. This includes supporting integration projects, standardizing delivery methods, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Project Execution

  • Lead medium to large-scale IT and business change projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Apply standardized project management methodologies, templates, and quality gates as defined by the IT PMO.
  • Oversee all phases of project execution, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Strategic Alignment

  • Ensure project goals are aligned with Kiwa’s strategic priorities and business value realization.
  • Use OKR frameworks to track outcomes and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
  • Support the development of a unified global IT portfolio.

Process Excellence & Governance

  • Follow the PMO’s governance and reporting standards, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of demand and portfolio management structures.
  • Participate in Community of Practice initiatives to share knowledge and standardize practices.

Integration Projects

  • Manage onboarding and IT integration of acquired companies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and vendor teams to ensure consistent and secure delivery of integration milestones.

Resource & Capacity Planning

  • Collaborate with PMO and functional managers to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Track utilization and contribute to capacity planning efforts.

Responsabilities:

For this role we are looking for someone who has strong planning, execution, and delivery capabilities across multiple geographies. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are able to engage stakeholders at all levels. You enjoy working in virtual teams across countries and business units. Further you are able to assess risks, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.

In addition you bring the following background and experience:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT project management, ideally in an international or multi-functional environment.
  • Experience with both predictive (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile/Hybrid) project delivery models.
  • Familiarity with integration programs (especially M&A-related) and enterprise-level IT transformations is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with project portfolio tools (e.g., MS Project, ADO, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adjusting plans in fast-paced environments.
  • You are based in the Netherlands and allowed to work here.
