Job description

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity to join a high-impact program aimed at transforming payroll systems, processes, and operating models across Europe. As a Project Support Intern, you will work closely with the Program Lead and HR and IT Project Managers to ensure the smooth execution of project activities and milestones.

This internship provides hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic, international environment. You will gain exposure to strategic transformation initiatives while developing skills in coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

What You Will Do

Project Coordination and Support:

  • Assist in day-to-day project activities and help ensure project milestones stay on track.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, such as status updates and action trackers.
  • Assist in identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Workshop and Meeting Coordination:

  • Help organize and schedule workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and pre-reads under guidance from project leads.
  • Take meeting notes and capture key decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate logistics such as room bookings, virtual meeting links, and technical setup.

General Contribution:

  • Assist with maintaining project files, templates, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure information flows effectively.
  • Gain insight into global transformation programs and learn best practices in project governance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams or Zoom.
    • Interest in project management and process improvement.
  • Mindset:
    • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
