Your assignment

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on a strategic talent development initiative, apply creative and user-centered methodologies, and contribute to building a lasting culture of Mentoring at ASML. You, as an intern, will support the Global Mentoring Program Manager in strengthening ASML's Mentoring program.

Key deliverables include:

  • User Research: Conducting interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions with key users to collect insights and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Learning Solutions Enhancement: Helping to redesign, update, and enrich mentoring learning materials based on user feedback and best practices in adult learning design.

  • Community Building: Supporting the setup and activation of a mentoring community, including planning events, drafting communications and creating engagement initiatives.

This is a master apprentice internship for minimum 6 months, 4-5 days per week (2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.

Your profile

To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:

  • Have a background in HR, psychology or a related field.
  • Have affinity with learning, people development, design thinking.
  • Have a professional communication and documentation
  • Have internal drive for efficiency and able to work disciplined and accurate
  • Are pragmatic, pro-active, ‘self-propelling’ way of working and able to operate in a dynamic environment;

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
