At BCG, we believe that your story matters. In this program, you'll work closely with a BCG mentor and buddy, attend monthly workshops, and build lasting connections with like-minded peers. Together, we’ll help you develop the skills and confidence to navigate your next step.
Who are we looking for?
We invite applications from first-generation students, currently studying at a Dutch university. Are you in your (pre-)Master’s or final year of your Bachelor’s? Do you want to grow in an inclusive environment and connect with inspiring people? Then we’d love to hear from you!
If you are not a first-generation student but feel that you could benefit from this mentorship program and the networks it offers to help you make the most of your career, we encourage you to apply.
Dutch language is not required - this program is open to all.

How to Apply
If you’re currently attending a Dutch University, pursuing your (pre-) Master’s or final year of your Bachelor’s, and are passionate about personal growth and connecting with like-minded, inspirational people, we want to hear from you!
The application process consists of two steps:
Step 1: Profile Selection
Please ensure you have uploaded all the required documents:
In your cover letter, please answer the following questions:
You will receive feedback on whether you are invited to the next step no later than October 20th, 2025.
Step 2: Virtual Q&A + Online Quantitative Math Test (QMT)
If you pass the profile selection, you will be invited to complete step 2 between October 20th and 26th:
Video Q&A: in this step, you will receive a set of questions to assess your fit and motivation to participate in this program. You will be required to record your responses and submit them via the portal.
Quantitative Math Test (QMT): this online test evaluates your quantitative skills, logic, and business acumen.
The workshops will take place on the following dates:
*Note: Only complete applications before October 12th, including your resume, transcripts (high school and university), and cover letter, will be considered.
*Note: please note that proficiency in Dutch is not a requirement.
