About Corporate Quality Team
Our Corporate Quality team is part of the QHSE organization and supports all business domains (Airports, Warehousing, and Distribution). We provide structural solutions to quality and safety challenges, working closely with experts from Technology and Supply. As Project Manager Quality, you will drive root cause analyses, implement effective improvements, and ensure sustainable solutions for our customers. You will report to the Corporate Quality Lead.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams on quality and safety issues.
  • Perform root cause analyses and define preventive and corrective actions.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate progress and results.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to secure improvements.
  • Translate data into clear reports for decision-making.
  • Foster a preventive quality culture across the organization.
  • Act as the customer’s representative and sparring partner for internal teams.
  • Travel occasionally, depending on business needs.

What do we ask from you

  • Bachelor/Master in a technical field or Quality Management, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Continuous Improvement.
  • Skilled in root cause analysis, lean, six sigma, FMEA, risk and process management.
  • Familiar with international quality standards (ISO 9001) and preferably a Lead Auditor.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, experienced in stakeholder management.
  • Analytical, results-oriented, and experienced in change management.
  • Fluent in English.

This position offers a competitive salary range of €5,400 to €6,400 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
