The Advanced Professional Program (APP) is a training program that is fully tailored to your ambitions. A unique opportunity to get training, practice, real-life experience, and numerous certifications, in order to become a best-in-class consultant or a best-in-class engineer. You determine the content of the program, so your ambition defines your path.

What to expect

The APP is an intensive one-month Itility bootcamp for the more experienced professional. It is designed to sharpen your current skills with a combination of technical training, consultancy skills training, and coaching. You will also get the chance to obtain numerous certifications, providing a foundation for broad and deep understanding.

Assignment Your trainer will challenge and accompany you throughout this month. Afterwards, you will directly start a new challenge for one of our customers.

The program, tailored specifically to its team members, consists of one assignment, divided over four one-week sprints. Each week, you will dive deeper into your assignment.

Tracks The APP is divided into two tracks: the Advanced Professional Program for Tech and the Advanced Professional Program for Consultancy. Each track is both suited for those who want to slightly change directions (e.g., from infra engineer to cloud engineer), and for professionals who want to gain further expertise in their current discipline. We offer you the tools to excel in your role and the opportunities to boost your career.

APP for Tech

The APP for Tech is a one-month trajectory for candidates in tech roles, and is further divided into four tracks. Together, we will select one of the following tracks:

• Data platform engineer For professionals with OS (Linux/Windows) and DBA background. You will receive training and certification in Azure DevOps, Databricks or Synapse.
• Data engineer For professionals interested in software development in combination with data. You will receive training and certification in Python, PySpark or C#.
• Cloud engineer For professionals with infra and/or software background. You will receive training and certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Cloud orchestration/Kubernetes engineer For professionals with Cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure background. You will receive training and certification in AKS and breakfix.

APP for Consultancy

The APP for Consultancy is a one-month trajectory.

Trajectory Your weeks are divided into 1.5 days of training and 3.5 days on a project, in which you will acquire challenging on-the-job experience.

Focus It focuses on roles such as Project manager, Project delivery officer, Scrum master, Business analyst, Business consultant, and more.

Training At the APP, you will have numerous training and development opportunities to help you excel in your role and shape your career.

Skills You will get hands-on experience with our Itility methodologies for Project Management, Scrum, AppWashing, Smart Factory, Change management, and Stakeholder mapping. And you will learn the necessary skills for building a lasting relationship with the customer.
