Join our Global Assortment team and play a central role in shaping the way Rituals brings its products to the world. From defining our assortment and distribution framework to ensuring our innovations are launched with impact, you’ll connect brand strategy, commercial priorities, and operational excellence.
As Project Manager Global Assortment, you translate strategic assortment and innovation objectives into actionable plans. You will design governance structures, guide distribution strategies, and ensure our assortment data is managed efficiently and transparently. Your work will help us deliver consistent, high-quality assortments that inspire customers, support our brand equity, and meet market needs across all channels.
