HR Specialist – Recruitment Operations works closely with local and international recruiters and are responsible for managing and maintaining recruitment data. Each HR Specialist supports recruitment processes with regards to administrating Application Tracking System (SuccessFactors) and interview scheduling, following set standard operating procedures in a timely and quality manner with customer focus.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Support local & international recruiters in interview scheduling and preparing offers from logistical and administrative perspectives
  • Candidate profile system management
  • Create and maintain process documentation and reports as required
  • Seek opportunities for improvement in Recruitment area, design and apply improvements
  • Perform in line with agreed procedures, SLAs and customers’ expectations
  • Both share and apply best practices
  • Ensure that all relevant company's standards and guidelines are met
  • Cooperate with colleagues from other HR sub-teams in ad-hoc administrative tasks Successful candidates will support GSC Recruitment Coordinator in mapping and migrating processes to GSC and in identifying processes and systems improvements

About you

  • Very good command of English
  • Experience in working with ATS (especially SuccessFactors)
  • Knowledge of specific of working in SSC or BPO
  • Customer oriented and proactive approach
  • Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization, attention to detail
  • Team player - ability to work well with team members and with other teams to deliver solutions
