What's on the menu?
At Orbisk, we are looking for a hands-on, data driven Head of Customer Experience to lead our growing team. Your teams are responsible for managing our Customers, and delivering our service globally. You will manage three direct reports: two Team Leads for Customer Success Teams and one Head of Enterprise Account Management. You will grow the team and structure it so you can focus on optimizing processes and structuring the organization for scalability. Our team has expanded, and we expect further growth this year. We need someone who can define a clear vision and translate it into effective execution.
In this role, you will focus on process automation and optimization (for example, using AI). Ensuring that our services are consistent and effective across all customers and all the time our team spends with our clients will be quality time spent on value add through our knowledge - leveraging the power of technology to fix the fundamentals. You will empower your reports to manage their teams, support in complex customer cases, and drive innovation and automation in our approach. You will work closely with the product team to implement customer-driven improvements and ensure we focus on the right initiatives that drive long-term customer success and retention.
