Job description
The Head of Sales is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the commercial strategy of the organization. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on sales execution, team management, customer relationship development across B2B, B2C, and retail channels. The role includes varying levels of autonomy, strategic ownership, and responsibility for revenue targets.
The Head of Sales reports to the Chief Operating Officer and manages the entire sales team (including Teamleaders, Account Managers and Sales Support). The role collaborates closely with Buying, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Design.
