You’ll manage the end-to-end process, from partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding successful candidates. The role includes the following:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
  • Create, and publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels, relevant job boards and our recruitment partners
  • Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates; sell MUFG as an employer of choice
  • Scheduling of phone interviews, candidate tests and feedback for applicants
  • Take ownership of candidates' interview process by working closely with TA coordinators, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Drive the end to end offer process
  • Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and other background checks as needed
  • Ensure candidates have a great experience throughout the recruiting process.

In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:

Skills and experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment from an in-house or agency environment.
  • Fluent English language skills. German, Dutch, Spanish, French or Japanese is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability
  • A proactive, motivated approach.
  • The ability to operate with urgency and prioritise work accordingly
  • Strong decision making skills, the ability to demonstrate sound judgement
  • A structured and logical approach to work

  • Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market
  • 8% holiday allowance and 13th month payment.

  • Commuting allowance based on annual public transport 2nd class, most economical way, or €0.23 per km with a max of 75km one way.
  • €5.00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of €60.00 per month.

  • Remote Working Policy i.e. Working From Home (WFH) and Remote Working in another Country.

Additional information:

The role is based in the Netherlands. All candidates need to be willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Internal employees will be supported in case of relocation.
