You’ll manage the end-to-end process, from partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding successful candidates. Your strong stakeholder management skills enable you to align hiring strategies with business needs, ensuring every hire is a step toward our strategic goals.With a focus on efficiency, you’ll continuously optimise recruitment workflows, reduce time-to-hire, and maintain a high-quality pipeline. The role includes the following:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
• Create, and publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels, relevant job boards and our recruitment partners
• Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates; sell MUFG as an employer of choice
• Scheduling of phone interviews, candidate tests and feedback for applicants
• Take ownership of candidates' interview process by working closely with TA coordinators, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Drive the end to end offer process
• Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates
• Conduct reference checks and other background checks as needed
• Ensure candidates have a great experience throughout the recruiting process.

In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:

Skills and experience:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment from an in-house or agency environment.
• Fluent English language skills. German, Dutch, Spanish, French or Japanese is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability
• A proactive, motivated approach.
• The ability to operate with urgency and prioritise work accordingly
• Strong decision making skills, the ability to demonstrate sound judgement
• A structured and logical approach to work

• Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market
• 8% holiday allowance and 13th month payment.

• Commuting allowance based on annual public transport 2nd class, most economical way, or €0.23 per km with a max of 75km one way.
• €5.00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of €60.00 per month.

Additional information:

The role is based in the Netherlands. All candidates need to be willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Internal employees will be supported in case of relocation.
