Are you passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities, and do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you ready to make an impact by recruiting the best talent for exciting hotel roles in Glasgow and the Netherlands?

Your mission, should you choose to accept it…

As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both operational and managerial roles within our hotels in the Netherlands and Glasgow, as well as internship positions at our HQ in Amsterdam. From sourcing top talent on LinkedIn to partnering with external platforms and schools, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring we attract the best candidates. You'll ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding, all while collaborating with hotel department heads and our HR team.

In case you don’t know who we are (ahem):

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, The Social Hub is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational and managerial roles across our hotels and HQ.
  • Source and attract talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms, with a focus on student and early-career candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers across departments to shape role requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Maintain the ATS (Greenhouse), posting job listings, managing applications, and ensuring candidate data is up to date.
  • Build partnerships with schools and external recruitment platforms to create pipelines for future roles.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure job offers are aligned with company policies and frameworks.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with hotel management and HR teams.
  • Manage talent pools and proactively engage potential candidates for upcoming roles.

Who You Are:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in recruitment, within a similar fast-paced environment (hospitality industry would be a plus).
  • You have experience managing the full recruitment cycle from intake to onboarding.
  • You’re familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and have worked with job boards, particularly for student recruitment.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS (or a similar system) is a bonus, but not required.
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple roles across various locations.
  • You enjoy building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including schools and recruitment platforms.
  • You’re fluent in English and comfortable communicating with a diverse range of candidates and hiring managers.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. Not just another hotel - we’re a game changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future
  • The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change
  • The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth
  • Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family!
  • A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events, fun colleagues and all the other amazing salary/benefits stuff

Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.

The Social Hub is much more than a hotel. In our boundary-blurring spaces we bring together a new generation of bold change-makers to connect, learn, stay, work, and play. Creating memorable experiences for our community of hotel guests, students, creatives, enterprising minds and anyone in between.
