Nespresso is looking for a Retail Operations Specialist

As Commercial Excellence Specialist you work dedicated and proactively to enable our B2C sales channels to focus on achieving business results. You will provide operational support, align internal communications and manage relationships with third parties. This role will serve as a vital link between store management and internal departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for store management on operational matters, closely collaborating with the Senior Commercial Excellence Specialist to address inquiries and issues;
  • Maintain up-to-date and accessible business information between customer-facing teams and the head office departments while enhancing digital tools for efficient information sharing;
  • Coordinate marketing campaign roll-outs and merchandising activities with external suppliers and in close cooperation with the Brand team, while managing operational budgets and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines;
  • Oversee finance, Stock, and Quality Management processes within the offline channels. Ensuring compliance with Nestlé Nespresso guidelines by executing and documenting recurring controls;
  • Serving as a department super-user for multiple digital tools like theKronos, Nessoft, TAP and Teams, and continuously drive compliance and effective ways of working upon usage;
  • Represent offline channels in various initiatives, including marketing campaigns and Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP), ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Salary between €3000 - €3500 gross per month based on relevant experience for 40 hours;
