HR Business Partner – International HQ

Caldic is evolving—and we’re looking for an experienced, people-focused HR Business Partner to support our Rotterdam headquarters. This is your opportunity to help shape a high-performing, values-driven culture and play a key role in our global transformation.

You’ll serve as the primary HR partner for our 70-person HQ team, delivering impactful people strategies and ensuring seamless execution of global HR programs at the local level.

Your Impact

• Partner with leaders and employees to deliver HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead the local implementation of global HR programs—performance management, onboarding, learning & development, rewards, engagement, and more.
• Guide organizational design, team effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Champion an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency across regions.

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience supporting leaders in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and coaching skills across all organizational levels.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
