Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will mainly:

• Drive successful digital product onboarding by acting as the key technical leader, guiding project teams through new product introductions, feature releases, and deployments to ensure maximum value for customers.
• Own customer engagements by serving as the primary point of contact between project teams and R&D during critical solution development phases.
• Support local project teams by analyzing customer use cases and recommending the best-fit digital solutions, ensuring a smooth transition into customer environments.
• Lead with software engineering expertise, showcasing deep understanding across development, UX, testing, cybersecurity, DevOps, release management, and software maintenance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Map customer projects to the product roadmap by understanding customer needs, aligning solutions accordingly, and influencing future product enhancements in partnership with Product Management.
• Champion customer centricity by actively collecting feedback from engineering and design teams, relating technical suggestions to product improvements, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Foster innovation and creativity by integrating original ideas and new technologies into solution proposals, always keeping the broader product vision in mind.
• Collaborate across teams by working with UX, software testing, cybersecurity, DevOps, and project management functions to remove roadblocks and deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software product development for large, complex industrial applications.
• Strong background in system analysis, architecture, and design, especially with Web Services technologies (RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, Microservices).
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft technologies (C#, .Net, ASP.NET MVC, .Net Core).
• Proven expertise in Web technologies, Azure, Node-RED, Cumanda, and Openshift platforms.
• Solid understanding of Multi-Tier Architecture, CI/CD practices, DevOps culture, and Agile Methodologies.
• A proactive mindset toward innovation and continuous learning, with a focus on delivering high customer value.
• Experience developing or architecting control and monitoring systems in the Process or Energy industry domains.
