Purpose of Role

STRATEGIC PROJECT:

Competitor GTM Calendar & Launch Timing Analysis

Objective:
Analyze how key competitors structure their GTM calendars and launch timelines to identify opportunities for UA to optimize its approach.

Scope

  • Research competitor GTM calendars, focusing on product launches, marketing activations, and sales campaigns.
  • Identify patterns in launch timing (e.g., early, mid, or late season drops).
  • Compare UA’s launch timing against competitors and industry best practices.
  • Provide recommendations on optimizing UA’s GTM calendar, including potential timing shifts and improved calendar visualization.

Your Impact

Deliverable:

  • A competitor GTM timeline comparison report with insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive frictionless Account, Partner and Teammate experience throughout the GTM process, focusing on Summit and Sell-in period in the Amsterdam office, showroom readiness for execution during sell-in.

Qualifications

Student of:

  • Communication Skills
  • Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Digital focused and ambitious to explore and test new technologies (VRP)
  • Agility, able to troubleshoot issues and adjust if needed
