This is where we need you

The Procurement department is on a mission to optimize the way we handle Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) within (Indirect) Procurement. We aim to make the PR creation process more intuitive and ensure a seamless overview of the desired future state. Your research will play a critical role in:

• Identifying how PRs and POs are currently used across Indirect Procurement.
• Highlighting opportunities to streamline the PR creation process for users.
• Developing a transparent and actionable roadmap for future improvements. By analyzing PO and non-PO usage, you will help us pinpoint purchase categories that would benefit most from further analysis. Your insights will guide process enhancements to improve payment and invoice matching efficiency.

The ideal recipe for a Procurement Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for process improvement and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have:

• Educational Background: Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with procurement processes, POs/PRs, or related tools is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Proactive Attitude: Eager to take initiative, work independently, and explore creative solutions.
• Collaboration Skills: A team player comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
