Introduction

At ASML we need the best talent to face the challenges of today and tomorrow. To ensure long-term access to talent on strategic competences, our team works closely with Communications and Recruitment to ensure meaningful relationships with schools, students, and working professionals.

Some examples of our programs:

  • Work-Study Program: for Vocational and Bachelor students to combine school with on-the-job training;
  • Masterclasses: we organize events in which technical students from Bachelor, Master, and PhD level get to know ASML;
  • Scholarship program: Each year, 40 Master students are awarded a scholarship. We have selections in May/June and have multiple training days throughout the whole year;
  • Professional communities: we organize and attend conferences, meetups, and online talks to connect in- and external communities;

Your assignment

Next to supporting and improving the different programs within our team, you have the opportunity to work on your own development or interests which can support the team. On top of the items listed below, you are encouraged to bring in your own ideas to increase the impact of our team.

Key deliverables are:

  • Co-organize and participate in community initiatives
  • Be an integral part of the development and execution of our student programs
  • Be active on our social media platforms and encourage talent to get in touch
  • Analyzing data which visualizes the impact of our programs

This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship for 4 to 5 days a week with a duration of a minimum of 5 months, up to 12. The preferred start date of this internship is August/September 2025.

Your profile

To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:

  • Have a background in HR, international business, management, project management, business administration or something related;
  • Have experience with data visualization and researching;
  • Have affinity with organizing, social media and planning;
  • Are pro-active, have good English communication skills (written and verbal) and are able to operate in a dynamic environment.

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
