The biggest challenge

Building an excellent Product & Tech organization at scale. You’ll need to enhance our capabilities across Product, Tech, Design, and Data within our Operating Model, ensuring teams stay ahead of rapidly evolving technologies and methodologies. Create learning ecosystems that leverage individual expertise into collective excellence. Design programs that make skill development engaging and effective. And foster communities that make knowledge-sharing second nature. Success requires setting and achieving ambitious performance goals while maintaining the agility to respond to changing needs. You’ll also need to clearly demonstrate how enhanced craftsmanship improves customer outcomes.

What you'll do as Manager Craftsmanship & Community Management

Reporting to the Director of Product Portfolio & Operations, you’ll lead our journey to increased speed to customer value through a team of 10 experts. Your influence will extend across the entire Product and Tech organization, where you’ll shape how our tech, data, and product teams learn, collaborate, and excel. You’ll establish performance standards and metrics that demonstrate how improved craftsmanship delivers customer value. Working with product leadership, you’ll define excellence across all disciplines and create accountability frameworks that drive continuous improvement.

Working with stakeholders across ~120 product teams, you’ll create connections and synergies that multiply our collective impact. You’ll develop comprehensive learning and development strategies that enhance craftsmanship across all disciplines. Create engaging programs that blend formal training with peer learning. Build communities that encourage knowledge-sharing. And foster an experimental mindset that drives innovation. Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10 experts while influencing the broader organization

With 8-10 years’ experience as a product manager or community leader (and ideally an advanced degree in Business or Technology), you know how to develop Product teams that exceed expectations. Most importantly, you can balance technical excellence with community building, navigating ambiguity while delivering measurable results.
