WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You will work as an intern in the Customer Care & Operations Support team, where you will have the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of a dynamic & fast-paced company. You will help the team to get all Stoov orders delivered on time, as we head into our peak season at full speed. For example, you ensure that our warehouses are aware of trucks that need to be unloaded, you check whether all items are still in stock, you interact with customers to move stock from A to B and you place orders for our retail partners. In addition, you work closely with our customer service to solve delivery problems. You will get to know the order fulfilment process from A to Z and interact a lot with our warehouse partners.

You will:

  • Make sure we have insight into our stock levels, out-of-stock items and expected inbounds every day.
  • Check whether orders are stuck in the system, find the root cause and make sure the order is being shipped out as soon as possible.
  • Monitor and proactively communicate order delays to customers, ensuring they never have to wonder about the status of their newest Stoov.
  • Process incoming returns and refunds daily.
  • Support the Customer Care Team by answering product availability questions and correcting any incorrectly booked reshipments.
  • Announce new containers arriving to our warehouse and monitor the unloading status.
  • Help in daily administrative tasks for both the ops and customer service team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You are as dedicated to the planet as we are;
  • You are currently enrolled in your 3rd or 4th study year of Logistics or Supply Chain at a Dutch University;
  • You are looking for a hands-on internship (we offer room for max. 1 day of research);
  • You are enthusiastic to support our customers and customer care team with Logistical or stock-level questions;
  • You are excited to understand the logistics world behind e-commerce and can't wait to visit our warehouses;
  • You are into data and figures, are accurate and analytically strong;
  • You are stress-resistant and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get problems solved the same day;
  • You are communicative, like to take initiative and are able to work both independently and in a team;
  • You are proactive and eager to learn;
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • You have a student travel card (studenten OV).
