Description

In your daily work, you play a crucial role in connecting Salonized partners to the Treatwell Marketplace. You proactively reach out to salons, showcasing how they can benefit from joining our platform. You understand the unique needs of each salon and craft tailored solutions that align with their goals. Whether it’s a small boutique salon or a well-established business—you make a lasting impact.

Your focus is on building strong, long-term relationships with Salonized partners, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring their seamless integration into the Treatwell Marketplace. Alongside this, you explore new opportunities, identify market trends, and create strategies that drive growth for both our partners and our platform. Together with the team, you help revolutionize the beauty industry, one salon at a time!

What will you do?

Boost sales with salon visits: Be on the front line by visiting salons, often without an appointment (walk-ins), to try to get Salonized partners on Treatwell Marketplace.

You’re the driving force: From the initial contact to closing deals—you manage the entire sales process.

Scouting salons: Search for new salons and generate leads through social media, networking, and other clever channels. Being proactive is key!

Organising demos: Deliver cool digital and/or face-to-face demos to potential partners. Show them why Treatwell is the best choice!

Selling value: Communicate the benefits of our software and cleverly handle objections. You close deals and build long-term relationships!

Managing the sales pipeline: Keep a close eye on your pipeline and ensure you exceed your targets every month.

Keeping track of data: Ensure all information is accurately recorded in our CRM system, so we’re always up-to-date.

Collecting feedback: Listen to prospects and provide valuable input to improve our products and processes.

Onboarding partners: Guide new partners through our Marketplace and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in cold acquisition—you know how to close deals!
  • You’re proactive and keep everything running smoothly. Taking initiative is second nature to you!
  • You have an outgoing personality and a winning mindset. You always go the extra mile to get things done.
  • You’re a good listener and a persuasive communicator who quickly builds trust and strong relationships.
  • Hitting targets only motivates you to excel every month!
  • You pick up the phone without hesitation and tackle challenges head-on.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English—perfect for communicating with everyone!
