As a Field Service Engineer – Robotics, your most important responsibility is to install and maintain/troubleshoot our high end robots, across the World

In this role you will be away from home on a regular basis. To ensure you can also spend time on your friends and family, we have a clear schedule for weekend work and consignment duty. You are more or less travelling every day. The work varies from small service job of 1 or 2 hours to larger service jobs of several days.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Prepare and execute installation/commissioning jobs.
  • Conducting service visits.
  • Troubleshoot issues at customers’ sites
  • Manage local employees in larger installation projects.
  • Keep in touch with, and report to the customer about your progress.
  • Train the customer and feedback results to your colleagues.

  • Have a degree in Mechatronical engineering OR a vocational level degree in the same area
  • Experience with Industrial Robots and Beckhoff software is a plus
  • Have strong affinity with process engineering and/or food production.
  • Have a good command of the English language.
  • Must have relevant EU travel and work documents
  • Are willing to travel extensively
