Creative Lead for a global client at team5pm

As the Creative Lead for one of our global entertainment clients at team5pm, you'll be the driving force behind all creative output across the Nordics, Poland and the Netherlands.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Create ideas for campaigns and social content that meet and exceed our clients' expectations;
• Creatively developing campaigns and continuously optimizing Always-on content;
• For big international campaigns, you work with a team of local creatives from the Nordics, Poland and the Netherlands;
• Being on set to make sure everything runs smoothly, the quality stays top-notch, and to tackle any surprises. Bonus: you'll get to travel to these countries regularly — sounds fun, right? :-)

In addition, it might also be the case that you manage some other clients and jump in to help win pitches!

As our ideal Creative Lead, you bring:

• Strong strategic knowledge of video marketing, with an understanding of how to effectively use video content to achieve business goals;
• A highly creative mindset with a knack for developing original concepts and innovative ideas;
• Outstanding storytelling skills, with the ability to write compelling content and a strong sense of art direction;
• A solid understanding of agency life, including the need to confidently pitch and sell ideas to clients with killer presentation skills;
• In-depth knowledge of social media, including a clear understanding of each platform’s possibilities and limitations. And a keen awareness of social media trends and the ability to leverage them through creative campaigns;
• Demonstrable experience with and/or collaboration across different cultures and countries is a plus;
• Availability to work 32–40 hours per week;
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably at an agency, with a strong background in content creation.
