🎯 About the job

Strategic leadership (30% of time spent)

  • Lead the ABM strategy and build and scale our program using proven frameworks to identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts.
  • Align Marketing and New Business on target accounts, goals, key metrics (e.g., MQLs, demos booked, opportunities accepted), and responsibilities.
  • Scaling and personalizing, multi-channel campaigns targeting decision-makers, tracking performance at each stage (e.g., MQL to closed opportunities).

Execution excellence (50% of time spent)

  • Develop highly targeted, personalized campaigns that address the specific needs of high-value accounts through tailored emails, content, events, and webinars.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across marketing, new business, and partner success teams to ensure unified messaging and execution throughout the partner journey.
  • Track and report on ABM campaign performance monthly, quarterly, and annually, identifying key success factors and areas for improvement.

Performance mastery (20% of time spent)

  • Optimize and adjust strategies in real-time using data insights for continuous growth.
  • Leverage CRM and ABM tools (HubSpot, Terminus, Demandbase) to track, automate, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay informed on market, partner, and industry trends to ensure ABM strategies are always evolving.

Your experience

Scale-ups provide phenomenal learning and development opportunities but sometimes it feels like you’re “building the plane while flying the plane”. You must derive energy from such a climate and don’t mind redesigning for continuous growth, feeling comfortable with some uncertainty.

You have

  • 3+ years proven leadership in ABM, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record of executing and scaling ABM programs and driving tangible revenue growth.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems and ABM tools to automate and personalize at scale (HubSpot in combination with Terminus, Demandbase or 6Sense).
  • Experience with building ABM playbooks—you’ve done this before and know how to transition from traditional demand generation to ABM.
  • The ability to strategize at a high level while executing the details of each campaign, including account-specific messaging, channel distribution, and performance analysis.
