This role ensures a seamless user experience by proactively monitoring critical processes, identifying potential gaps, and continuously refining procedures to meet every user’s needs. The following ownerships will guide you through the specific responsibilities and knowledge areas for spotting and resolving risks that could prevent us from delivering on user expectations:

  • Operational & Technology Risk ⭐

  • Outsourcing Risk 🚀

This challenge is perfect for you if

  • Proven ability to lead risk function in the financial industry, preferably in fintech/payments and with EU-wide scope.

  • Ability to build enterprise risk management frameworks, including processes and automation for Risk and Compliance.

  • Good understanding of Operational and IT risks as well as relevant regulations.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with industry counterparts, regulators and partners.

  • Ease and (preferably) experience in working in technology driven environments.

  • People management skills, in the details on things that matter, and capable of leading teams by example through time-sensitive and high-pressure issues, and building high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication skills including an ability to convey a compelling vision for risk.
