To continue on our mission, we’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Partnerships with a commercial mindset. As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in driving the international growth of TicketSwap by leading an ambitious team of Country Leads, Business Developers, and Account Managers. Within your role you will share your knowledge and experience to guide the team in developing and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our value proposition. In addition, you will collaborate interdepartmentally to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and deliver initiatives that strengthen our position as a leader in the ticketing industry. In this role, you will report to the Director of Partnerships.

What you can expect from the work

  • Guide and inspire Partnerships and Account Managers to drive partner engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and collaboration;

  • Work closely with internal teams like product, marketing, and platform operations to improve our solutions and increase our value for partners and fans;

  • Act as the point of escalation for resolving (complex) partner challenges;

  • Lead contract negotiations with key partners and prospects;

  • Oversee the partnerships budget for the markets within your portfolio, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI;

  • Establish KPIs to monitor progress, measure the success and ROI of the partnerships efforts;

  • Improve existing and implement new processes in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the partnerships team;

  • Report on the performance of partnerships, identify opportunities and adapt strategies when necessary to achieve the company (and team) objectives.

About you

We’re looking for a visionary leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field, ideally within the ticketing, event, or technology industry;

  • 3+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to guide, inspire and manage teams;

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field;

  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing successful partnerships with measurable results;

  • Strong understanding of the ticketing and live events landscape, including key players and trends;

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret data to support strategic decisions.
