The position

As a Team member Order to cash, the major role would be to ensure current accounts and accounts receivables are processed accurately, timely, completely, and compliant with business units cash / intercompany policies.

Your responsibilities

In summary, your responsibilities include:

  • Implements process improvements
  • Processes invoicing to projects
  • Intercompany cost allocation
  • Prepare and send out customer invoices
  • Prepares, processes and reconciles payments, bank statements, and daily bank deposits
  • Monitors cash (on vessels)
  • Processes the receipt and recording of all payments received
  • Performs Cash pool reconciliations and reconciles with standard bank confirmations
  • Prepare, process reports for external Audit requests
  • Backup Team lead, coordinate the one way of working within the GFSSC hub and onboarding entities

We will embrace your input to improve our way of working. You will report directly to the Team lead Global FSSC in Dubai.

Together with the team, you will focus on further professionalizing and automating our workflow to provide the best support for our organization. In this versatile role, you are independent and have no trouble maintaining focus in a hectic environment. Administration has no secrets for you, and you know better than anyone how to handle all your tasks smoothly and competently.

Job requirements

  • Must have completed Bachelor’s and/or Professional Qualification in Accounting/ BA/Finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (in construction/Marine industry is advantageous).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes, policies, and standards with shared service centres.
  • High level of accuracy and Data-driven mindset.
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Working in an international, high demanding and dynamic organization, with the possibility to truly have impact on our business, people and environment.
  • Having a critical substantive view combined with a good dose of problem-solving ability.
