Internship Opportunity at Accenture Song

Hi (potential) master student! You will intern within the Service team at Accenture Song. You will work alongside management consultants, strategy consultants, product designers, business designers, creative technologists, and more to deliver people-centric experiences that generate value for our clients. This allows you to experience what working as a consultant is like while having the option to write your thesis.

About the Team

The Service Group within Accenture focuses on the Customer Service domain at clients - specifically the customer-facing part of companies. Our group consists of 20 committed people specializing in strategy & management consulting, ranging from analysts to directors.

Daily Tasks

As an intern within the Service Team, your responsibilities consist of two main aspects: writing your thesis on a topic within the field of Customer Service, and gaining experience as a consultant. The following can be expected:

• Conducting research within the Service domain
• Writing your thesis with the support of dedicated people in the Service Team
• Opportunity to present your results to our team and others within the organization at fixed times
• Gain experience as a consultant within Accenture

Research Domains

We support research topics that connect to the following domains, among others:

• Digital Commerce: Transition to online sales, both B2C and B2B
• Customer Platforms: Enabling businesses to interact with and manage their customers moving towards an omnichannel perspective
• Service Transformation: Improving the way a business delivers its services and customer support to meet needs and expectations

Song Talent Factory (STF)

As part of your internship, you will also participate in the Song Talent Factory. This program will guide you through your journey at Accenture Song and provide additional engagements, activities, and projects to enhance your intern experience.

Being part of the Song Talent Factory, you will:

• Receive professional guidance on finding the next step in your career
• Get expert support on your thesis topic while leveraging all Accenture resources
• Collaborate with other interns at Accenture Song from various offerings (Commerce, Design & Digital Product Creation, Marketing, and Customer Service)
• Work on a comprehensive internship-long consulting project with your STF group, gaining insight into all of Accenture Song's capabilities
• Be part of the Accenture Song community through company-wide and intern-specific engagement events
• Access a wide variety of training opportunities
